Festive Pigs in Blanket Crochet Pattern

This pattern is aimed at beginner to intermediate crocheters, prior knowledge of basic crocheting or amigurumi and pattern reading is recommended. This is a detailed pattern with step by step instructions and photos to walk you through how to create each piece of the crochet piggy and blanket, including guidance on sewing your adorable decoration together.

As a visual crocheter, I have added as many photo instructions as I could squeeze into the pattern – with the option for a text only version within the one PDF.

Quick glance at what you’ll need to make your pigs in blanket using this pattern:

-Aran weight yarn in pale pink.

-DK weight yarn in bright pink and then 6 rainbow colours.

-A length of black yarn.

-2.50mm, 3mm and 3.5mm crochet hooks

-Tapestry/darning needle & embroidery scissors

-Toy stuffing

-5mm black safety eyes
