All Daisy Chain Makes products (excluding crochet patterns) are made by hand, to order. Generally speaking, your orders will usually arrive within 2 weeks, but this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the item, as well as how busy I am! I am especially busy during holiday periods like Christmas and Easter.

UK Shipping

Orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail second class as standard, but you can also upgrade to first class on checkout. You can also upgrade to “Signed for” delivery for extra peace of mind.

It’s recommended to upgrade to first class postage during times like Christmas, when the postal service is busy and may be experiencing delays.

International Shipping

Orders that are shipped internationally will be sent with Royal Mail’s international services, and you can upgrade to tracked shipping on checkout for extra peace of mind.

International postage can take up to a week so please bear in mind that this will add extra time to the overall arrival time of your order.
